In partnership with the British Embassy Manila, the Mayors for Good Governance introduces the Leaders for Excellence and Public Service (LEAP) Open Government Fellowship Program. This four-module leadership series capacitates local chief executives to implement transformative open government initiatives.
By fostering transparency, open government improves public service delivery, reduces corruption risks, and strengthens our democratic institutions. For M4GG, this framework is our proof of concept, tangibly operationalizing our deep commitment to integrity and people-first leadership.
The program culminates in a capstone project where leaders design actionable solutions to directly address a specific governance gap or corruption risk within their respective local government units.
