On May 16-17, 2024, the Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG) Leaders’ Retreat convened in Baguio City, gathering Local Chief Executives for a transformative two-day event. Set against the city’s serene backdrop, the retreat was purposefully designed to strengthen the morale and reinforce the ethical leadership of these dedicated public servants.
